The Stadium Way project runs along Stadium Way from South 9th Street to Tacoma Ave.  The Stadium Way project will construct new pavement, channelization with center turn lanes, and new street lights.  KPG, a renowned design firm, has designed the streetscape/landscape features. Also included are installation of complete street features such as wider sidewalks, ADA accommodations, bike lanes, planters and lawn areas, and a rain garden for filtration of storm water runoff.

Approximate Schedule:

June 12, 2012 - September 5, 2012

Between I-705 ramp and S 9th St along Commerce Street: Repaving, new sidewalk, lighting, etc.  This should not affect most clients coming to Met Vet.

June 25, 2012 - August 24, 2012

North 'E' St between Division and up towards Stadium High School: Roadway improvements, landscaping, sewer/water/storm lines, etc.  This should not affect most clients coming to Met Vet.  There are several alternate roads available prior to reaching the construction site; if alternate directions are needed, please give us a call at (253)274-0225.

September 6, 2012 - June 10, 2013

Between I-705 ramp along Stadium Way up to Division Avenue: Compaction grouting, stone columns, major walls, gas/storm/sewer lines, landscaping, new traffic signal at S 4th St and Stadium Way, etc.  This will affect many clients coming to Met Vet from I-5.  If you need alternate directions, please give us a call at (253)274-0225.
